    How can I tell where my order is ?

    After dispatching your order, Tothegallery sends you an e-mail giving the name of the transport company, packet n° and approximate date of delivery. You can follow progress through your account.

    How soon will I receive my order ?

    Our products are dispatched within 10 – 20 days once the order has been confirmed.  Any date given is only an approximation as this includes manufacture as well as delivery.
    You will receive an e- mail informing you of dispatch.
    All deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays, Bank Holidays excepted..

    How do I calculate delivery charges ?

    The delivery fee is already included when you validate your order.  Charges are automatically calculated according to the weight of the package.

    What do I do if my order arrives damaged ?

    Packaging is of prime importance. Tothegallery takes particular care when packing your order. Each picture is packed in an individual casing adapted to shape and size, ensuring maximum protection.

    Should there be a problem on delivery, you should say so immediately and refuse the packet. You must then check the state and contents of the package in front of the employee of the transport company. Without this precaution, the company cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transport. You have 48 hours in which to inform Tothegallery that you have returned your order. This can be done through the contact form in order to obtain an exchange. Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any query or problem.

    Can an order be delivered to an address other than my home address ?

    You can have your order delivered to your office, to a friend’s or a neighbour’s, etc. All you have to do is note down, on the delivery page, the correct delivery address other than the billing address.

    My order is not satisfactory. May I exchange it or be refunded ?

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days in its original packaging under identical conditions of dispatch. Return fees are at the client’s expense.

    On receipt of your returned order by Tothegallery, you may choose a new product or be refunded.

    To do so contact us on the client service form or by telephone (00 33) 484 492 398  Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You will be informed of the necessary procedure.

    How soon will I receive my refund ?

    Refunds are paid at the latest 14 working days after the date on which Tothegallery learnt of the client’s decision to refuse a product.

    Do you have a pay safe system ?

    You can make fully secure purchases with a Bank card.  We have a pay safe system PayZen.

    If you choose to pay on line by card, all the information given on your card (N° and expiry date) is immediately coded. (SSL) and registered on the safe pay server of PayZen, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    This information is only known to the PayZen servers and does not reach tothegallery.com site.  None of your personal data is stocked on tothegallery.com thereby avoiding all possibility of fraud in the case of illicit entry onto the site.

    What methods of payment may I use ?

    Bank Cards

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and Blue Bank Cards. When you pay by card the total amount of your order is paid in immediately after registration..

    Paypal

    If you wish to pay through Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal site once your order is completed.  You can connect to your Paypal account and confirm payment with your personal ID.

    Cheque

    It is also possible to pay for your order by cheque. Make your cheque out to TOTHEGALLERY  and send it to :

    Please note your order n° on the verso of the cheque.
    This method of payment can only be used with French bank accounts.
    The cheque should be sent within 3 days of ordering. Merchandise will be sent once the cheque has been paid in.

    Indicate your order n° in the space « Title »  or  « Payment ».

    Cash transfers should be made within 3 days of ordering. Any delay in payment will cancel your order. Payment by transfer must arrive within 2 to 5 days. Your order will be sent once the amount has been paid in.

    Some international transfers generate bank fees. Tothegallery will not pay any additional fee. When ordering, make sure you send the correct amount as the product will only be sent after receipt of the full amount including bank fees.
